    Description & Features

A bath mat runner long enough for the whole side of the bath

At 120 or 150 cm it runs the full length of a bath rather than sitting in the middle of it, so wherever you step out you land on something dry. The surface is a fine linen-look weave in a warm natural beige, with a bound edge all the way round, and it takes water out of the way in about three seconds — step on it wet and the mark is gone before you have reached for a towel.

    Sizes 40 x 120 cm and 40 x 150 cm (15.7 x 47.2 in and 15.7 x 59 in)
    Shape Runner, rounded corners

    Surface Fine linen weave
    Edges Bound border
Absorbency Takes up water in around 3 seconds

    Backing Textured non-slip base

Why a runner rather than a standard mat

A 50 x 80 cm mat covers the spot in front of the taps and nothing else. Most people step out of a bath towards one end, reach for a towel, then move along the side — which is exactly where a standard mat has run out. A runner covers the whole approach, so there is no cold wet tile between the bath and the door, and it looks considered rather than like an afterthought dropped on the floor. The same shape works well along a double vanity or down the length of a narrow bathroom.

    FAQ

    Which length should I choose?
Measure the side of your bath. A standard UK bath is 170 cm long, so the 150 cm runner covers almost all of it; the 120 cm suits a smaller bath or a bathroom where a door swings into the space. Both are 40 cm deep, which is enough to stand on comfortably without taking over a narrow floor.

    Care instructions

    Washing:

    • Machine wash your bath mat at a maximum of 30°C on a gentle cycle, or hand wash, to protect the fibres and keep the colours vibrant.
    • Use a mild detergent and avoid bleach or fabric softener, as these can damage the non-slip backing.
    • Wash your bath mat separately to prevent colour transfer.

    Drying:

    • Air drying is recommended to preserve the shape and texture of your bath mat.
    • If tumble drying is necessary, use a low heat setting only.
    • Avoid drying your bath mat in direct sunlight to minimise fading.

    Assistance:

    • For specific care advice or help with stubborn stains, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team. We'll be happy to help you keep your bath mat in perfect condition.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our bath mats.

Yes. All our bath mats feature a non-slip backing designed to grip securely on tiles, laminate and vinyl flooring. For the best grip, place your non-slip bath mat on a clean, dry floor and check the backing regularly.

Most of our bath mats are machine washable at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Use a mild detergent, avoid bleach and fabric softener, and air dry to protect the non-slip base. Full details are in the care instructions above.

It depends on your space. A small bath mat (around 40 x 60 cm) suits compact bathrooms and en-suites, a standard mat fits most bathrooms, while a large bath mat or extra large bath mat works best in front of walk-in showers, double sinks or freestanding baths. Check the dimensions listed on each product page.

Bath mats are designed to sit outside the bath or shower to absorb water and protect your floor. If you need a mat for inside the shower or bathtub, choose a rubber shower mat with suction cups instead.

Our absorbent bath mats are made to soak up water fast and dry quickly between uses. To speed up drying, hang your mat over the bath or a towel rail after use and keep your bathroom ventilated.

We recommend washing your bathroom mat once a week, or every two weeks with light use. Regular washing prevents moisture build-up, keeps the fibres fresh and extends the life of your mat.
