Measure along the two outside edges of your enclosure, not the inside of the tray. The 75 x 75 cm suits a standard 800 or 900 mm corner shower; the 120 x 120 cm is for a larger enclosure or a wet room corner where you want more dry floor to move around on. The arms are 45 cm wide on both, which is enough to stand on squarely with both feet — if your door opens outward, check it clears 45 cm of mat before it swings.
A flat weave rather than a pile

A thick pile would bunch at the inside corner and catch under a shower door; a flatweave lies properly flat all the way round and slides under a door with room to spare.
