The two figures given are the overall span along each outside edge, and the arms are always 45 cm (17.7 in) deep whichever size you choose — only the length of the legs changes. Measure along the two walls or glass panels your shower sits in, from the corner outwards, and match those two numbers to the overall span. Does it matter which way round the L faces?
